That last sentence "Links that break across multiple lines are not considered to have a larger perimeter.”, could we maybe do something like "This prevents the perimeter from increasing when a link wraps across multiple lines."?

Which makes the end of the definition for perimeter:
“For components which wrap onto multiple lines as part of a sentence or block of text, the perimeter can be established based on how the link would appear on a single line (contiguously), if this perimeter is smaller. Links that break across multiple lines are not considered to have a larger perimeter.”

Does anyone have any concerns about that update?
