Subject: Action needed: Survey on Chartering approach closing midnight Monday May 9th

Hello – please read below to prepare for Tuesday’s joint AG/Silver meeting. The survey is open now and closes 11 hours before the meeting.

Actions:

  1.  Complete the Exploring Alternate Structure and Charter Approach Survey<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35422/one_or_two_groups/> before midnight (eastern) Monday, May 9th.
  2.  Read all responses before the meeting.

Background:
We will be discussing whether to move forward with one or two groups as an approach to our next charter.  To use our time efficiently, we would like everyone to read the background in the survey and complete the survey before midnight on Monday.  Then read all the responses to the survey before the Tuesday joint meeting.  We will not be reading through the responses during the meeting, though we will summarize themes.

Please come to the meeting prepared.
