Hello,

The current draft schedule<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1yzR1H0SnNFRELGchb_BJr4Necsrj6xVjDF1n7Tc0kTc/edit?usp=sharing__;!!ACWV5N9M2RV99hQ!cer-vuwWep59O-f8APwWAjpB7HxP9ONwiuxr9afwH2RZr6GboJ9Cm8JWGvbr50-1SvM$> is available to view before the joint meeting on Tuesday. The schedule includes blank cells. The entire table spans from A1 to AB71.

I will review the schedule in detail at the meeting and we have set aside 40 minutes to discuss it, but here are a few points to help you orient if you read it ahead of time:

  * The schedule is organized by quarters.
  * Each section includes a list of milestones
  * Cells that are dark and include an X in them indicate we are planning to work on the topic during that quarter. Key publication points are called out in the cells.
  * The first section “Setup Foundational Work” is work that is being done in subgroups.
  * Most of the work in the second section “Foundational Work Discussions” depends on the subgroups being ready to present information to move the group’s conversation forward.
  * Dependencies on previous milestones are listed in column G.
  * Column F references the issues files against that milestone. The issues are only listed the first time the work is addressed. We will carry over issues as needed until they close. We have mapped all the issues to date to a milestone listed in the schedule, specific content such as captions, or to minor editorial work.
  * When building this schedule we assumed that content will iterate between subgroups and the joint meetings at first and then later between the joint meetings and the public as Alastair discussed last Tuesday.

If you have questions or need a modified version of the schedule for accessibility, please email group-ag-plan@w3.org

Kind regards,

Rachael
