Re: Updating 2.x support materials redesign release

Hey folks,

***All hats off, speaking as a user here.***
I really like the new designs. They are clean, easier to review, and fairly
pleasant on the eyes. The only thing that doesn't sit quite right with me
are these "accordion" headings. I get that they are intended to simplify
navigation, but in reality what they do is increase how much effort someone
has to spend to find things on these pages.

There are lots of usability articles written about this. Here's one I like:

Another thing I think would be great for us to consider is to add a dark
mode. No objection if that comes in later, but as a group advancing
accessibility, that seems like a thing we should have.

Kind regards,
