[Protocols] Agenda for 10/08/2021

A reminder to all that the Protocols Sub Group will be meeting again this
Friday at 9:00 AM Boston Time. Connection details at the end of this email.

Agenda:
We really only have 1 significant item on our agenda this week, and that is
to arrive at a definition of what we mean by Protocols, and to also find
and share examples of those interpretations look like.

NOTE: since we've not yet defined the term in context for WCAG 3, any and
all ideas are welcome.
