Reading materials prior to meetings

Hi everyone,

This is a gentle reminder that it really helps to progress our work if people have reviewed the materials before a meeting.

Obviously, we can't require people to do so, and if you haven't read about something and have no comments during the meeting - that's not a problem.

However, if a topic is something you are interested in and are likely to comment on, then it really helps to have read the materials and commented in the survey. It helps to understand the shape of various points, and we are more likely to be able to make decisions in the meeting.
