Accessibility Authentication - WCAG 2.2 status update

Hi everyone,

This is the first of several status updates on WCAG 2.2, essentially a notification of soon to be CFCed criteria.

The SC text has changed since the first draft, as has the definition for cognitive function test.

All the open issues have been closed:

(There is one open issue,  which is for consideration for WCAG 3.0.)
