Re: [AGWG/SILVER SURVEY] "SILVER FPWD APPROVAL TO PUBLISH" Is now open

Can someone help me understand how to see the following content:

In section 4.1 Text Alternatives, there is a link that reads "Text
alternatives how-to"  The URL for that link is:
https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG3/2020/how-tos/text-alternatives/ but when I
click on it I get "Document Not Found"

I have that same problem for all the "How To's" in this Editor's draft
except the 4.4 Structure content how to.
