[AGWG/SILVER SURVEY] "SILVER FPWD APPROVAL TO PUBLISH" Is now open

The purpose of this email is to call attention to the survey:  HYPERLINK "https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35422/silver-fpwd-2/"SILVER FPWD APPROVAL TO PUBLISH.  Comments provided through this survey will be discussed in the next AGWG meeting on September 15th 2020.

This survey contains questions for revising the MVP, discussion of the "Non-normative" term, and a series of questions seeking approval to publish various sections of the Silver FPWD.

As this is a lengthy survey which will require review of various sections of the HYPERLINK "https://w3c.github.io/silver/guidelines/"Silver First Public Working Draft, early review is encouraged.
