Hi everyone,

I’ve added this as an issue:
https://github.com/w3c/wcag/issues/1050

It is part of a collection that we need to discuss on reflow:
https://github.com/w3c/wcag/labels/1.4.10%20Reflow

The ones impacting normative wording include:

  * This one (change to level A)
  * Apply “down to” instead of “at” 320/256px.
  * Does the exception apply to both scrolling and loss of info/functionality?

Once we have the new 2.2 SCs drafted this is high on the list.

Cheers,

-Alastair
