Hi Rachael,

It doesn’t appear that Netflix provides DVDs in my area, so I can’t try it myself ☹

Having that little dialogue pop-up does look like it provides a single-pointer (non-drag) access, although the up/down arrows look fiddly.

So there is at least one example / approach. Not necessarily straightforward, but possible.

I'm not sure this is what you are looking for but I'm hoping it is. The DVD queue in netflix is draggable and also works with the keyboard and a single pointer. Steps are below:
