RE: 9 June 2020 AG Meeting Minutes

I volunteered to draft a clarifying example for Understanding 2.2.1 [1] which distinguishes between Extend and Adjust.  It follows below, and is in in the issue pull request [2].  Comments in GitHub are preferred over comments via email.

A public library offers its members access to a commercial third-party legal service, but due to licensing expenses they only can afford a few concurrent users. But because some few members had been monopolizing the service, the library limits each member to one two-hour sign-on per day. A conforming implementation of 2.2.1 might warn the user when they have reached 90 minute mark, but the warning is easily dismissed by pressing any key. The warning repeats every three minutes until the two hour mark is reached, and then the session is terminated.
