Review Requested: Making content usable for people with cognitive and learning disabilities

Hello,

As discussed at yesterday's AG meeting, the COGA taskforce would like to
move forward with publishing Making content usable for people with
cognitive and learning disabilities

as
a note. To that end, we would like the AG working group's review and
comments about how we can improve the document before we move to a wide
review.

This will also be on next week's AG agenda for discussion.  The survey was
briefly unavailable this morning but it is active now and we look forward
to your feedback.
