Technique drafts CSS additions

Hi everyone,

We’ve added some default CSS (drawn from the live styles) so that drafts of technique & understanding docs are easier to read.

The rest of this is for anyone who is editing techniques/understanding documents.

The CSS also does a couple of things to make it easier to transition into a live document, such as:

  * Highlight the ‘meta’ section at the top, which isn’t published in the live version.
  * Add ‘NOTE: ‘ to the start of notes, so people don’t try to add that in the text.
  * Add ‘Example X: ‘ to the start of each example heading, so people don’t try to add those.

If you are editing a technique you can add it by merging master into your branch and adding this to the head:

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="../../css/editors.css<view-source:https://rawgit.com/w3c/wcag/tech-visible-labels-match-names/css/editors.css>"/>

That works locally and when previewing online, and it’s replace when converting for publishing.

Kind regards,

-Alastair
