techniques, vacation, sick

Hi All,

Sadly for the last two weeks I’ve been pretty sick so haven’t done much for the techniques.
All is fine now but from next week on I’ll be on vacation for 4 weeks.
Will try to respond / change the 3 techniques I’ve made so far by Friday and will start with new ones after the vacation.
