RE: SC 1.3.4 - to keep or not?

I think the autocomplete functionality helps if the correct data are available to the user agent (or other implementing tool), and the context is appropriate – the information being requested is what the autocomplete functionality provides in the particular circumstances.

In short, it’s probably helpful to some extent in the right usage context, as long as the security issues are addressed.

 It helps users avoid making mistakes, which was one of our proposed SC's. This is a really good
 technique for that, and helps with filling out forms a lot , making it easier and helping the user avoid errors.
