RE: CFC - Identify Common Controls, Identify Controls, and Issue responses

As time is short I wanted to address a comment from the survey:

James commented that version 1 doesn’t include the user-specific aspect.

Whilst not apparent in David's draft, the list should have this (normative) statement at the top (that is in the current editors draft):

"The following input control purposes are intended to relate to the user of the content and pertain only to information related to that individual."

James, Alex, were there any other objections?

Call For Consensus — ends Friday January 19th at 10:00pm Boston time.

The Working Group has discussed responses to issues on the Identify Common Purpose SC and discussed the SC at length. There are a few possible options on the table. This CFC is being conducted via a survey due to the complexity.
