proposed responses to the purpose of controls issues

Hi Folks
Firstly sorry about dropping the ball on this one. I have been traveling (for work) and missed the email about these open issues. I have drafted responses to all of the bellow list. I think this is all of them but if i have missed any then please let me know ASAP.

To summarize,  some of the comments were on old wording or easy to answer. However, there are concerns that there is no AT support.  I have said  we will do a review of the AT support during March,  and any item that does not have user agent support will be removed.  (We are in agreement from the beginning with these comments, and never have intended to leave anything in the draft without AT support. )
Another (new?) concern was if there is any security risk. I have proposed that we will do a security review on the list in March and remove any items that are a security risk.
