RE: Congratulations!

Congratulations to everyone who worked on this and to the co-chairs and W3C team who spent countless hours building consensus to  move the standard to the next iteration.  Our hard work will have benefits to increase access to more people.   I know we could not address all issues and there are still needs people have that still must be addressed – but we have made great progress.
