Thanks for the update, on some of your comments/questions:

> the Editor's Draft<https://rawgit.com/w3c/wcag21/master/guidelines/index.html> is up-to-date with regard to numbering, although the links to Understanding for (Identify Input Purpose - SC 1.3.5 and 1.3.6 - Identify Purpose) on the Editor's Draft are currently resulting in a 404s.

AC: The links from the github pages are still ok, we’re working in separate branches for the understanding doc work.
