Evaluation priorities

I've gone through the evaluations people have done so far of sites to 
demonstrate implementation of WCAG 2.1. Thanks for all the work done so 
far. There's good progress, but some urgent stuff still to do and we're 
at the edge of the timeline. For sites that are now passing, we don't 
need additional evaluations (pending double-checking), and should focus 
our energy on the gaps. Please focus evaluation efforts right now *only 
*on sites to demonstrate 2.6.1 Motion Actuation, 3.2.6 Status Changes, 
and sites marked as AA or AAA conformance demonstrations (except 
CanAdapt which already has sufficient evaluation).

The sites which particularly need evaluation right now are:

  * A11Y Wins
  * Buecherhallen / 2.6.1 Motion Actuation
  * Deque University Public
  * Knowbility
  * Law Office of Lainey Feingold
  * Matterhorn Protocol
  * Nomensa website
  * NY Mayor's office for PWD
