Level AAA

Can we live with the current wording?

Interruptions can be postponed or suppressed by the user, except interruptions involving an emergency<http://rawgit.com/w3c/wcag21/purpose_of_controls_changes2/guidelines/index.html#dfn-emergency>.

All the best
