Hello Andrew and everyone, As we have discussed in this thread the latest proposed text to introduce the Adapting Text SC is: "If the technologies being used allow the user agent to set text style properties, then no loss of essential content or functionality occurs by setting all of the following and by changing no other style property." I added it to the Wiki page for a side-by-side comparison of the: * Current SC text in the draft * Text from the November 13 meeting * Current proposal That side-by-side comparison is at: https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/wiki/Comment_Summary_1-4-13#SC_Text Mike Gower [2], David [3], and Jason [4] all support it. And I think it may solve your concern [1] Andrew, can you or anyone else not live with it? Again, a video demonstration [5] of what a person would need to do to test for the 4 items, the step-by-step technique "Allowing for Spacing Override" [6], and the results of testing [7] are available for review. Thank you.
