Call For Consensus — ends Friday October 20that 1:00pmBoston time. The Working Group has a proposed change to SC 2.6.2 Orientation [1] from: " Content is not locked to a specific display orientation, and functionality of the content is operable in all display orientations, except where display orientation is essential for use of the content." to "Content is operable in all display orientations supported by the user agent, except where display orientation is essential". Original Github issue can be viewed here: https://github.com/w3c/wcag21/issues/70 This was discussed on todays call: https://www.w3.org/2017/10/17-ag-minutes.html#item03 If you have concerns about this proposed consensus position that have not been discussed already and feel that those concerns result in you “not being able to live with” this decision, please let the group know before the CfC deadline.
