RE: Success Criterion 2.2.1 Timing Adjustable

I sympathize with the pain, John.

Until this is investigated and, if necessary, addressed, I would suggest submitting partial survey responses, then returning later to edit (i.e., complete) the form.

Frustrated to note that the W3C's SBS survey tool does not meet this SC.

I just spent (lost) two hours of commenting on the Understanding Document Language survey<https://na01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2002%2F09%2Fwbs%2F66524%2F20170920_survey&data=02%7C01%7Cjjwhite%40ets.org%7C047997ad62664dbbf99308d50ce62bcf%7C0ba6e9b760b34fae92f37e6ddd9e9b65%7C0%7C0%7C636429105085260503&sdata=agfXzY2Qoj5dZISXKC70y%2BeJF6J9fdfv7cLodA3MYzU%3D&reserved=0>, because I was "kicked out" last night, and all of my draft responses were lost when I attempted to submit the survey results today. I did not see or receive any warning that this would happen, and I have no way of retrieving all of my comments to re-submit.
