+1 (an option would be to remove the qualifier "of more than five" - to counter the argument that in dropdown menus you often encounter groups with less and other groups with more than 5 items and wouldn't want to impose different menu styling dependent on the length of the menu - but the note points out that the exact parameters are TBD so I am fine with this version, too.
