Just to clarify. It is valid to feel we should not allow user testing in exceptions. My issue is that the debate on the resolution was to require use testing for conformance as a blanket requirement before anyone can make a conformance claim. That was passed. We must not now just increase the scope and add implications to that resolution without debate. We could have the debate and find we have consensus, but we can not attach it to a debate that had a different scope and implications and call it resolved with consensus. It was not.
