As you have seen, the new charter for the Accessibility Guidelines Working Group (AG WG) is now in effect. Note it is no longer named the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Working Group (WCAG WG), so please try to update your mental label. Because the charter adds deliverables related to the W3C Patent Policy, *all* participants must rejoin the group to continue participating, in order to confirm their acceptance of the new patent requirements. There is a 45-day grace period starting today. After that, if you have not rejoined, the system will automatically remove you from the group. There's nothing I can do about that, so please be sure you rejoin before then. Some have already rejoined. You can check if you or your organization has rejoined via: https://www.w3.org/2004/01/pp-impl/35422/status == Member representatives == If you represent a Member organization, your Advisory Committee representative must rejoin the group. When they do, all representatives of that organization are automatically rejoined. You can find your AC representative via: https://www.w3.org/Member/ACList (Member-only link) Please ask that person to use https://www.w3.org/2004/01/pp-impl/35422/join to rejoin, and refer them to https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/w3c-ac-members/2017JanMar/0015.html for context. Some organizations require internal review before rejoining, that in some cases could take weeks. *Please initiate the process right away* to give your organization time to complete its due diligence within the grace period. == Invited Experts and Team == Invited Experts and Team can rejoin themselves. Simply complete the form at https://www.w3.org/2004/01/pp-impl/35422/join. Let me know off list if you have questions or need additional pointers. Michael
