The tiny URL for that analysis is here

There are two worksheets in the Workbook. One is a summary (like above) and the other is the details of the SCs

I've gone over all the Success Criteria looking for Overlaps.

Surprisingly there's not that much overlap. I've thrown the net pretty wide and only come up with the following possible combinations of overlap.

- Issue 10 LVTF and 36 COGA
- Issue 8 LVTF, 51 COGA, 78 LVTF, 26 COGA
- Issue 2 MATF and 54 COGA
- Issue 18 ADHOC, and 6 COGA

There may be opportunities to combine SCs within a task for from 2 or 3 short to a longer one, but that would be a different analysis.

I pulled an all nighter and started the analysis

======

MATF = 15

Level A = 9

Level AA = 6

========

LVTF = 13

Level A = 6

Level AA = 7

============
COGA = 38

Level A = 16

Level AA = 19

Level AAA = 2

Unassigned level = 1 (Issue 39)

Of those 4 modify AAA and move to AA
Of those 4 modify AAA and move to A

============

DPUB = 1

DPUB still writing SC

=====

AD HOC = 1

Level A = 1

I've put up a Google Sheet to try to organize these and analyze:

To be serious, yes - we do appreciated that there is a lot to do and it is a big ask for the group. We will be staggering the items that are for review so we hope this will make things a little easier. Actually, we are really looking for 'provisional approval' of these new SCs at this point, so these SCs are the first tranche 'candidates' and this phase is a really a first pass.

In this pass we aim to whittle these down, reduce duplication, identify where SCs from TFs are related and can be merged etc.

Then identify sets that will be chosen for any final cut. So this is a rough overview of what we will be doing. So, lets all take a deep breath, roll up our sleeves etc.

Thanks

Josh
