Yes Jason.  We feel the example is implicitly covered by the current definition and this a method of making it more explicit.
[Jason] In that case I’m comfortable supporting the CFC, as long as the issue of compressed archive files (including EPUB archives) and their interaction with the definitions of “Web page” and “Set of Web pages” remains open. As previously discussed, this problem is not confined to publishing use cases.
