RE: Checklist for Proposals

A substantive suggestion: in item 4, where a new Guideline is needed, perhaps it should be proposed separately and then referred to by each Success Criterion proposal that is related to it. This suggestion is not an objection to the CFC, but I think it would be best to treat proposals for new Guidelines separately, indicating clearly what success criteria (proposed by the working group or by one or more of the task forces) should reside under them.

Editorial Comments:

1. Substitute “Success Criteria” (or, where the singular is intended, “Success Criterion”) for “SC” throughout, for consistency.

2. Under item 1, “an existing success criteria” should read “an existing success criterion”. Similarly for “Ensure that the criteria is” should be “ensure that the criteria are” (or “criterion is”, depending on how you decide to correct the grammar) in item 1 of the Best Practice Guidelines.
