It also has impact on the 1.3.2 meaningful sequence SC, and of course depending on what the new content consists of every other SC might come into play. There is no SC right now that relates to notification of changes in general, so that is something that we can consider moving forward. It wasn’t practical even in HTML content when WCAG 2.0 was published.
