Re: CfC: Extension Requirements

WCAGers,
As we have received only positive feedback leading up to this CfC and no negative responses during it, this CfC is agreed on as a consensus opinion of the working group.

This decision is recorded at https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/wiki/Decisions

Thanks,

I’m sorry for the difficulty on this – I’m having trouble explaining my challenges reading a calendar (twice!).

This CfC is open until Monday, December 7 at 3PM Boston time. This is because CfCs are open for 2 full working days and I sent this out at 3pm on Thursday.

Thanks,
AWK

Also I should clarify that some of the document needs to be updated to be current (eg change from editors draft to fpwd) and the acknowledgements section needs to be completed.

Updated with the correct date.

CALL FOR CONSENSUS – ends Friday December 5 at 3pm Boston time.

WCAGers,
We have worked on the requirements document[1] for WCAG extensions and would like to release a First Public Working Draft for review. We had a survey earlier on this topic with positive responses and the working group members on the November 24 teleconference felt that it was sufficiently ready for the FPWD step.

We believe that we have consensus. If you have new concerns that haven’t been already addressed that should make the WG reconsider this decision, please respond to this call before Friday December 5 at 3pm Boston time.
