Script-Based Web Accessibility Proposal - Web Accessibility Actions

The Web Accessibility Actions section of the Script-based Web Accessibility proposal document at https://github.com/cyns/wapa/blob/master/ScriptAccessibility.md discusses how actions of a web element might be accessed through an accessibility API with an assistive technology. I bring up this discussion in relation to WCAG extension work.

I believe this is what is needed on mobile platforms as the current support for a keyboard interface is broken on platforms such as iOS. This would also abstract actions away from specific key bindings to make them more generally discoverable and operable without knowing specific keystrokes (on platforms where keystrokes can be sent by the AT user).
