I think this is something we could try. I don't think we should have 
standards and guidelines that are ultimately divorced from the user 
experience. We cannot mandate how it will happen, but if there are 
mechanisms/ways to improve it, raise awareness about these processess 
(even in the standards/guidelines layer of the stack) then thats a 
worthwhile thing to explore.

process.
