Minutes WCAG 8 July 2014

Thanks for sending the backup copy of IRC. As far as I can tell, the IRC 
content did make it eventually to where it needed to be, it just became 
hard to generate the minutes at the end of the call. I've regenerated 
them and I think everything is there. But let me know if you notice 
missing content.
