Approving publication of new version of techniques and understanding

At tomorrow's call we will run through a small set of items.  The most significant items are related to ARIA10 and F65, but the proposals seem well-received so far.

Assuming that we get through the items and come to resolutions, we will be looking to publish and have created an editor's draft that includes everything that the group has agreed to so far, with the exception of the items from the meeting tomorrow.

We'd like to ask that people take a look at the drafts and be ready to indicate whether you are supportive of publishing the updated versions once the final items from tomorrow are addressed in the documents.
