[html-techs-tf] Meeting cancelled Aug 1st 2013

Unfortunately I can't make the meeting this week and Loretta is out of 
the office so there is no one to chair the call this week. The meeting 
tomorrow of the HTML5 and ARIA Techniques TF is cancelled.
