APOLOGIES Loretta is out of town -- and I forgot to post the agenda for this week. The agenda is basically the two surveys that were sent out early this week. However only a few people have responded to the surveys. Please go up and fill out the surveys. Both are important. Both are described at the bottom of this Agenda. Thanks Gregg Meeting Information Time: 21:00 UTC, 8 AM Eastern Australia, 10 PM Central Europe, 4 PM Eastern US World Clock: <http://tinyurl.com/a96u3xh> Length: up to 90 minutes Bridge: +1.617.761.6200 (US), +33.4.26.46.79.03 (France), +44.203.318.0479(UK) Passcode: 9224# IRC: irc.w3.org port: 6665 channel #wai-wcag 1. FINAL 4 SC for WCAG2ICT Survey https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35422/FINAL4SC/ 2. Website Accessibility Conformance Evaluation Methodology (WCAG-EM) 1.0 A survey covering the comment responses -- and the draft is prepared and available at https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35422/WCAGevalTaskForce/ 3. (if we have time ) Responses to Public Comments on WCAG2ICT, starting with LC-2659 Survey: http://tinyurl.com/balvfg3 SURVEY 1 INFORMATION The WCAG WG has approved all but 4 SC in WCAG2ICT. Three of these were approved for documents only and 1 was approved but later found to have a problem and sent back. All issues were around the topic of "set of software". The WCAG2ICT Task Force has now created a definition of "set of software" as requested, and revised the 4 SC involved. These 5 items are now submitted to the WCAG WG for approval. There is also a 6th item which asks a clarifying question for SC 3.2.4 and suggests that the clarification also be included in the INTENT for that SC in Understanding WCAG 2.0. The survey is at https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35422/FINAL4SC/ SURVEY 2 INFORMATION The evaluation Task force has completed its review of comments and created a new draft of its document Website Accessibility Conformance Evaluation Methodology (WCAG-EM) 1.0 that it would like to send our for review before CSUN. A survey covering the comment responses -- and the draft is prepared and available at https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35422/WCAGevalTaskForce/ WCAG EVALUATION IS A VERY IMPORTANT TOPIC Please give this document your attention and fill out the survey so that we can try to review the responses and text of the document as part of this weeks agenda.
