I like it. If you're still using "audio description" in the guidelines, I think that's what is meant in the above, rather than "video description" as written. "Synchronized media" is a better term than "multimedia", because the latter is too often misconstrued as including presentations in which there is only one medium, as in video-only or audio-only content.
