WAI-ARIA to address Access to Dynamic Web Content

Announcement about "WAI-ARIA to Address Access to Dynamic Web Content" [1] 
which appeared on the W3C Home page.   This is what was previously been 
referred to as Dynamic Web Content Accessibility.  There is also an 
article in eWeek[2].
