The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI)
  Authoring Tools Working Group has released an editor's draft of 
Implementation Techniques
for Authoring Tool Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 [1], dated 11 July 2006.

Comments on this draft would be welcomed and appreciated.
