Try visiting http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/issue-tracking/viewdata_all.php It's more important for the working group to keep that database up to date, as I am sure everyone is trying to do, than to invest extra time working on meeting minutes. For anyone who wants to know the status of issues raised during last call, the above page is a good place to start. There is also a search interface, so you don't have to download the whole document/database.
