RE: Update - New name for Guide Doc

Gregg suggested to rename the guide docs about success criteria "How to meet
SC x.x.x" and the guides about guidelines "Understanding guideline X.X"
 
I like this. It is not only clearer than what we used to have, it is also
easier to translate into some other languages I know (Dutch, German,
French).
