This issue has been discussed in detail at many conference calls, through long email threads, and in face-to-face meetings. Are people who are re-opening the issue really saying that they do not trust that those who were involved in those previous discussions are capable of coming to a reasonable and well-informed decision about this? That, too, is some form of prejudice or arrogance, in my opinion.

The problem is that this issue is not yet defined/discussed: in the last two f2f there was no decisions.
