    Hello,
    
    While John was working on edits to the introduction, he also wrote a 
    proposal to change the wording for Principle 4 since  "There are a number 
    of comments (e.g., in the issues list for the Introduction) which say that 
    this is hard to understand."

    Content must be robust enough to work with current and future
    technologies </current>
    
    <proposed>
    Content must be able to work with current and future technologies
    </proposed>
