Possible added SC to 2.5

I have been working on General Techniques for Guideline 2.5. 

 

I recommend that we add a SC to this guideline perhaps as SC level 2 item 4,
that says something like.

 

"Information that is required for the successful completion of the
interaction is clearly identified."

I'm speaking about a line at the top of a document that says something like:

 

required fields are marked with an *

 

or 

 

required fields are marked with "(required)"
