Agenda: 13-16 June meeting in Brussels

agenda for the 13-16 June Face-to-face meeting of the WCAG WG
The week of 6 June we will publish a set of questionnaires for all
outstanding items. This will likely include proposals for Guidelines
1.1, 1.4, 1.2, 2.2 and 2.1 as well as the Introduction, a set of general
issues, and conformance. Updated surveys may also be produced for
Guidelines 1.3, 3.1, 3.2, 2.4, 4.1, and 4.2.

WCAG WG participants will be asked to complete surveys by noon (Eastern
u.s.) on 10 June so that we can discuss the feedback at the face to
face. The primary goal of our work at the F2F is to discuss and adopt
proposals in preparation for producing a WCAG 2.0 Working Draft to be
published on 30 June. Note that all proposed resolutions from the
face-to-face will be brought to the 23 June teleconference for
discussion by those unable to attend the F2F.

Daily agenda:
13 June - Go through feedback from surveys, determine where we have
agreement and record proposed resolutions. Where there is disagreement,
harvest key issues (rather than trying to resolve them). Document what
is unresolved and return to those items on day 2.

14 June - Divide into pairs or small groups and distribute the
unresolved items as work items. Deliverable of each group: write
proposals that address the key issues.
15-16 June: Techniques Task Force
[The agenda for this portion of the meeting will be sent separately.]
