Consider this an official invitation extended to them to attend the
teleconference call.

Please let me know the number of people that will be involved so that I can
be sure we have enough phone lines (unless you are all calling in on the
same line).   In fact, just let me know the number of phone lines you will
be using to call in.  That will work.

If you could also send me or the list their names that will facilitate
introductions.
