I don't think I have addressed Gregg's second point, which seems to me something that needs discussion. I would like to hear more from Gregg and others on this point. I've tried to addres Gregg's first point (about seeming to impose new requirements beyond those that are in the actual Guidelines document) by going through and eliminating phrases like "Ensure that ... etc." except where that phrase is in the Guideline or one of the SuccessCriteria.
